Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services booked and payments made on the Seevak Care platform, operated by Radius Care Well India Private Limited. Please read this policy before making any payment. By completing a payment you agree to these terms.

Appointment completed (consultation attended)
Lab Diagnostic Tests
Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the scheduled sample collection time
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled sample collection time
Lab cancels or cannot fulfil the collection — cancellation initiated by the platform
Sample collected and test processed
Medicine Orders
Order cancelled before it is dispatched by the pharmacy (status: Processing)
Order cancelled after dispatch (status: Shipped or Out for Delivery)
Wrong or damaged medicines delivered — complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Order delivered and accepted
Hospital Services
Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date
Cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service date
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date or no-show
Hospital-initiated cancellation or service unavailability
EMI (Equated Monthly Instalments)
For services paid via EMI plans:
- Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable service cancellation policy above, applied to the total principal amount.
- If a refund is due, the first instalment paid is refunded. Remaining future instalments are waived.
- If no refund is due (e.g., service completed), all remaining instalments continue to be payable as scheduled.
- Interest charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Initiate
Cancel via your dashboard or contact support within the eligible window.
Review
We verify the cancellation against this policy within 1–2 business days.
Credit
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument — credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet. We do not issue cash refunds.
Bank processing times are outside our control. If a refund is not received within 10 business days of our confirmation, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
Non-Refundable Items
- Platform convenience / service fees (if applicable)
- EMI interest charges already incurred
- Delivery charges for dispatched medicine orders
- Completed doctor consultations or lab tests
- Medicines that have been dispensed and delivered
Disputes & Escalations
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the dispute to our Grievance Officer within 30 days of the original transaction. We will investigate and provide a final resolution within 15 business days of receipt of the escalation.
